      Global and diverse team from different backgrounds, countries and experience level Different tasks with day- to long-term horizon, great teamwork and support from peer and management level A lot of training possibilities offered to any kind of topic Decisions are made quickly I am able to work independently Great new office layout since beginning of 2025 after renovation

      Our team is separated in 5 different countries so it is difficult to see all of us more than once a year

      Pros

      There are lots of talented, genuine people here who want to do good work and support each other. If you're proactive, there are opportunities to grow or move internally. Flexible working is a real plus and makes a big difference when you're juggling life outside of work.

      Cons

      Change can be slow, and things sometimes feel more complex than they need to be. It can be hard to get decisions made quickly, and the workload can feel intense at times, especially when priorities shift without much notice. Some cultural and leadership behaviours are evolving, but still not fully consistent across the board.
