      Pros

      Great Technical Solutions team! Smart, supportive, and collaborative. Good opportunity for someone just starting out in his/her career.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for career advance or growth if not willing to move to NJ or CT where major corporate offices reside. Lots of travel resulted in poor work life balance. Was serving in multiple capacities for over 18 months with outstanding performance (per manager and stakeholders) but was told an additional 6 months of evaluation to determine promotion eligibility.

      Pros

      Coworkers were great for the most part. Pay is fair. Benefits are exceptional.

      Cons

      Too many people are given "management" type roles. All decisions required numerous approvals which end up costing the company money in the end due to loss of sales. Way too many meetings. We would have meetings about the meetings that we were going to have!

      Pros

      Good benefits the pay is average good people to work with some sections of the plant have 8hr shifts and others have 12hr rotating

      Cons

      When you reach top pay instead of getting a raise you get a lump sum if you are interested in a different departments and the top pay is less when you bid for that job and get it you will take a pay cut
