Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and balanced review, and for your more than 10 years of commitment to Henkel. We’re truly proud to hear about your journey from Türkiye to a regional role in Dubai, your career path reflects the global exposure, mobility, and growth opportunities we strive to provide. It’s especially meaningful to know that our focus on sustainability, flexible working models, and a collaborative, down to earth culture resonate with you both personally and professionally. Your kind words about our people and leadership, including your experience with our CEO and CHR, are greatly appreciated. We also value your honest feedback on the challenges of operating in a VUCA world. Market pressure, time zone differences, budget constraints, and the risk of burnout are realities we continue to actively address. Thank you again for your trust in Henkel’s direction and for believing in our “employees first” mindset during critical times. Feedback like yours helps us grow stronger as an organization. We wish you continued success and fulfillment in your career with Henkel.

Pros

Salary and benefit not bad . Nice office

Cons

- The overall company environment has been increasingly challenging. One contributing factor seems to be the integration of certain foreign hires whose working styles may not align well with local practices, sometimes leading to misunderstandings or a lack of respect toward local colleagues. - In some newly established departments, the hiring of certain managers may need to be reassessed. There have been instances where emotional control was lacking, with frequent scolding or raised voices during meetings. This behavior can affect morale and may reflect insufficient accountability in leadership. - Our current system infrastructure feels outdated and requires significant time to access. Improving system efficiency would greatly enhance productivity and reduce frustration across teams. - The HR approach appears to focus heavily on termination when issues arise, rather than exploring solutions such as coaching, mediation, or employee development. A more balanced strategy could help retain talent and foster a healthier workplace culture .
