Pros

Benefits, sustainability, career growth, listens to their employees, diversity, compensation, work life balance

Cons

Cannot think of anything big of an issue, but maybe the process of promotion might be an issue to some since the company has a quite long process. 1-2 years depending on the demand of the position.

Pros

Super happy with accepting a position at Henkel. I applied for a open opportunity as an Associate Brand Manager, heard back on my application within days and was able to quickly interview with the team. Felt like everything aligned and it was meant to be. Timing was perfect for my situation as well. Enjoying my new team, learning a new product and how Henkel operates. Extremely research driven in decisions, learning more about data than my background, which is also great. From day 1 manager was super supportive of asking me where I would like to see myself with the company as well.

Cons

Process driven, which is great at times, but makes it difficult to move through projects. Internal teams are easy to push back and say no. To be honest, very hard to see any other cons because company has constant positive growth opportunities.

Pros

Henkel is going through an exciting period of change, especially within the HR function. With new leaders bringing fresh perspectives and inspiration, there’s a clear shift toward becoming more feedback oriented and human-centric in leadership and decision-making. The organization is investing in creating a culture that values people and collaboration, which is motivating for those who want to make an impact.

Cons

Change always comes with challenges. As priorities shift and new strategies take shape, there can be ambiguity and growing pains. Processes are still evolving, and adapting quickly is key.
