Relaxed environment with predictability and good people.

Cons

You can be an outstanding employee and still get no raises or promotion opportunities. Hilti needs to realize that their benefits are no longer “outstanding” and are now the normal for most companies. Pay your employees what they deserve and don’t use “but the benefits are good!” as an excuse to underpay.
