      - Global company - EV vehicle and fuel card - Good training

      Cons

      - New graduates with no experience/first real job, starting on same salary as experienced Hilti employees - Too many account managers = small territories = not enough customers/work to do - Only recruit regional managers from other Hilti regions worldwide so no promotion of homegrown talent - Bonus paid quarterly and unrealistic targets
