      Very high turnover, Leadership team try to voice and change am opinions to align with what hilti wants to hear not the truth, Hr side with managers, Complex bonus structure, Infrastructure regarding shipping and support is not up to spec, Covers problems instead of solving, It’s always am fault not manager, Lots of time wasted doing admin that shouldn’t be an am job and then being blamed if not enough sales are coming in for the day, They want daily sales but do not have the stock, Decent base but very hard to hit target, Figures are not added until item shipped some item 2 months out of stock,

      heavy internal and especially external consulting approach, lots of complex strategy work, unfortunately too little gets finally done and slowly, due to many stakeholders and quite some politics in mid-high management
