      Good financial reporting system. Headquarters staff courteous

      Cons

      Local management in Saudi commits all fraudulent job to jack up P&L. Poorly managed company at local level. Leadership harassment common. Holding gratuity and deducting salary common.

      Pros

      Good compensation and real international mobility alternatives if you perform.

      Cons

      Silo mindset in the leadership team and decision making is inconsistent and unclear. Middle managers are in positions for which they are not ready and do nothing to cover for those gaps. Technology and career progression in support functions (Finance, HR, etc) is limited to none. The cultural aspect of Hilti is very clear and you must realize if you fit or not soon (2-3 months after beginning your position)

      Good organisation culture in other Hilti entity except India.

      Cons

      The Management don't care about fresh graduates. They give silly response when you ask about your confirmation. They betray you after your appreciable performance for one year.
