Back stabbing , management dont care and have favourites who can get away with anything they want. Hard working employees not rewarded and are made to feel inadequate and unwanted.

Career opportunities for those who know how to be extremely relational (important: relationship overrules competency and knowledge).

Cons

People say too much that the culture in the company is amazing but I was unable to find a person in there that would (and could) clearly define what and how this great culture is. They managed to brainwash everyone about it and now no one questions it: they all just "buy" the fact that it is a great company and that´s it. That makes leaders be lazy and with no wish to further develp their employees as they believe "all is great since the culture is great!"
