Unfortunately not the company it was, with senior leadership being out of touch with workforce, lacking engagement & authenticity, murdered the fun, little or no understanding of industry, poor strategy, elongated processes and handpicked promotions based on favouritism rather than business smart decisions. Was once a brilliant company but overall feeling among workforce is despondent, stressed and overworked, with no faith in decisions from above them. Lack of support all round and segmentation causes too many day to day probelms with customers, various directions and strategies across departments, which only stiffles progress and makes customer after sales care difficult. Leadership come and go as a stop shop for development in wider Hilti Group. Leaders here for 3-5 years have not cared about long term and only work on short term wins that help their own personal brand. Bit of a boys club with VPs/SDs take no responsibility or acknowledgement of poor decisions continuously made.
