Supportive team, brand well established in the market, flexibility if you don t get micromanaged by your Area Manager

Cons

The program is not well structured and defined. Full of unreal promises, after the first period in sales you will be allocated to the department more in need because too many people waiying for the desidered position and not enough vacancies. Mobility is just a lie. Maybe after 3 to 5 years you can be relocated but definitely without choosing the country
