Many different languages from all around the world in all offices - Strong business performance - The culture at this place is incredible.       For Navasari India Plant: Beast for doers & best for talkers, can't give below 1 star else would have given zero

      You are valued based on following criteria that how much do you talk regarding your top man target even if you talk non sense that doesn't matter how much care you show in your words whatever way even if its fake that matters; results never matter even if you did zero to ur target

      Top and lean manager thought process has no link with real problem and always be like marketing stunt so actions are always real Scrap

As you will be aware we have a number targets that all team members are asked to achieve during their employment, this differs based on position. Performance is reviewed on an ongoing basis however we offer a strong support system should a team member not be meeting expectation. Hilti Manufacturing is going through a transformation process to move from a family run business to a large multinational organisation with new globally aligned policies and procedures and we do still have a few issues to work out – we believe these changes are crucial for the long-term success of the business.
