      Great localised team, good pay, excellent products. Great history and team culture Excellent way to get an introduction to construction and sales with excellent training

      Cons

      Unfortunately the only way to move up in the company is with a University degree. If you don’t have one your future options may be limited. Management is not open to fresh ideas or challenging the status quo. Work life balance is also an issue. Be prepared to sacrifice personal time with little praise or acknowledgement, as this is generally classed as a part of the job.
