      Pros

      nice working environment, good carrier path, best team players and push employees to get responsibility. Also a nice training to workers. People always try to help each other.There is a nice team work inside the company.

      Cons

      There is no cons. as I see till now. But more social events ca be organised to make the people knew each other better. Because ay people work alone in their regions.

      Pros

      Hilti is one of the genuinely good companies out there. I would recommend it to people who look for career advancement or those who are comfortable in a role with less responsibility. Hilti want to develop you to reach your potential but are also happy for those who wish be Account Managers/Customer Service for a number of years. Pay is good, bonus structure is great but most of all the empathy, compassion & understanding of any issue is taken seriously and well dealt with.

      Cons

      There are times when it is hard to sell to people in the world of construction but this is not the fault of Hilti.

      Pros

      international, innovativ, strategically top-notch, fast developpment career paths, best products & top services, strong culture and extraordinary brand

      Cons

      slow in execution, complex matrix org, lots of alignment, too much "politics" at HQ , IT mgt mindset is an impediment for Hilti since years, more and more ex-consultants drive great strategies but lack ability to implement, experience is not rated high except in highly tech jobs
