A lot of opportunities for growth, they are working hard to move past any growing pains from being a small Family company not so long ago. Invest a lot in R&D and the growth of employees.

Cons

Burn out was not so uncommon. However, I believe they are actively working towards preventing this and improving the well-being of all employees.
