With regards to growth and development, we have a strong international development program internally at Hilti, and as you know you have the opportunity to discuss your development options during your PMP / SMD meetings with your line manager, however please do feel free to talk to your line manager or your local HR team at any point who can help guide you to wherever you need to go. We're proud to have employees develop into new roles and even relocate to new countries as part of their career with us, and you have the same opportunity to do so!
