Absolute feedom (ypu make your own agenda), good and supportive managers, good money when reaching sales plan and having a good money collection

Cons

Too bureaucratic, way too many processes, pay is too low when you dont reach your sales plan or your sales are credit

Amazing Work Culture Brilliant Training Modules New Management is dynamic and quick in decision making Brilliant Perks Flexible Most promotions happen from within Appraisals are transparent Mentoring is brilliant People are helpful and co-operative Little Politics Hilti hires from the best B-schools of India

Cons

A lot of old timers - who are resistant to change and lack talent/right skill set The organization is going through a lot of changes , so stability might be an issue Hilti is on a hiring spree and often does not know how to manage the influx of talent Hilti often has no plans for new hires and people are put on a bench ( Get paid for having coffee at work :) ) The Sales profiles are labor intensive and require employees to travel to construction sites. Marketing Team/CSR/Repairs/Finance/ etc are stellar departments to work with.
