Pros
Hilti is a very customer focused company and treats all its employee well and fairly. The work atmosphere is generally very good and Hilti generally offers good opportunities to grow in your career and take onto new challenges. The company has an excellent strategy and senior manager takes a lot of effort in applying and following up on the strategy. Most teams also organise team events regularly.
Cons
Hilti HQ can be very process oriented - maybe an obsession of the DACH region! Hilti will always try to be consensus oriented which can lead to rather slow reaction and lack of agility. If you're more a start-up type person; maybe this is not the right place for you!
