Pros

Easy this job and Overtime all the week , good if is your first job, benefits is ok , but the training is good depends the how will be your trainer , the pay is normal, weekend off any direct responsibility

Cons

Any opportunity for growth, any challenge only wait and seat for the customer, the manager only bring abort friends, if are you looking try to advance is hard

Excellent training program for on boarding territory sales representative, It's an excellent company to start your career particularly sales in the construction industry sector. Excellent commission program, management gives sales team a lot of avenue to earn money.

Cons

Extreme company politics, very intense business reviews and unrealistic sales target Mid tier to key accounts clients only gives incremental sales which yield to high commission to sales reps; lower tier yields less than half of the total sales target which yields to lower to zero commissions
