Cons
A lot of old timers - who are resistant to change and lack talent/right skill set The organization is going through a lot of changes , so stability might be an issue Hilti is on a hiring spree and often does not know how to manage the influx of talent Hilti often has no plans for new hires and people are put on a bench ( Get paid for having coffee at work :) ) The Sales profiles are labor intensive and require employees to travel to construction sites. Marketing Team/CSR/Repairs/Finance/ etc are stellar departments to work with.
