Pros

strong values, I definitively recommend the company. I worked there for 8 months as an intern and I had a very good experience. I was in a very stimulating environment to learn and grow.

Cons

i wish they had a bit more opportunities abroad. I wanted to work for them in another country but they had very few opportunities available. I guess I just have to wait until they grow a bit more

- Attractive Package includes great benefits, bonus, rewards and employees' activities - MNC exposure and lots of chances to exchange experience aboard - Work on Global, Regional and Local perspectives - Nice and friendly working atmosphere - work-life balance (in physical terms)

Cons

- Silo-thinking of global teams which offer insufficient supports to each market - Lots of conceptual discussions from top, but the executions are very badly managed. - Developed lots of crappy systems on their own but never consider to buy in external resources to help - You are treated as an individuals to work alone in the company, very poor knowledge heritage. Extremely difficult for starters to pick up.

Small setup with MNC exposure and processes. Scope of work is manageable and not overwhelming. People are very nice in general.

Cons

Hiccups here and there - nothing can't be fixed if you keep an open mind. Environment is a bit volatile.
