      the best core values , best culture journey , from my point of view Hilti is big business school to learn how the business drive in very professional way .

      Cons

      some times senior management don't apply the core values and hilti ways as they ask us to do ,plus they don't listen well till crises happen never the less to develop your carrier inside hilti not as per hilti chart but its most of the time depend on top management point of view and it always not be the right choice and they invest on the wrong person.
