      Pros

      I got to meet many different people. I also got to travel for a hotel discount. The cook always cooked for us and it was to die for. I loved working with most of the people.

      Cons

      Policies change at a blink of an eye. Your best was NEVER good enough. I literally put blood, sweat, and tears into that place like it was my home and got treated so unfairly. The general management is so unfair and 2 faced.

      Pros

      In the beginning I had a great time getting to know the workers and guests. It was my first job and I did everything I could to go above and beyond. It is very rewarding at times, but when you have an upset guest you really have to know how to handle a serious situation at anytime.

      Cons

      There is a lot of new information thrown at you all at once and it is very overwhelming. It is a very minute to minute basis,one minute everything is calm and the next it is absolutely crazy. There is a lot of responsibility that comes with the job. For people who enjoy situations like this, it is a fun job.

      Pros

      They work around my school schedule, to a degree. My co-workers, who weren't management, were great. I had the opportunity to interact with the customers a lot although I had a back of the house positions.

      Cons

      The Management was terrible, except my immediate manager. The pay was not worth the work. I was tasked with working the line for the breakfast and lunch shift alone, cleaning the entire kitchen, prep work for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while working literally by myself. At no point did they hire any additional help during the year that I worked there. Overlooked in terms of advancement. Very low raise opportunities.
