Pros

Senior management all fantastic people, owned their mistakes. Travel Policy fantastic Pay not horrendous once service charged added on.

Cons

Not enough base-level staff. Led to all being overworked and a hostile culture since prevented success. Refusal by GM to sanction hiring of more staff. Made the issue chronic and led to the eventual removal of £400 odd from monthly paycheck as service charge was taken away as standards, that were clearly a direct consequence of inadequate staffing levels, were "inadequate."
