Pros

Get to eat all the extra food made or that is leftover from events. Unless you’re trying to work in the hotel business, this is a good starter company to get your foot in the door and get experience. The pay is 10-11 hourly which isnt that good but you get discounts on rooms and other things at all Hilton owned hotels. Other, more high end hotels pay 5-12 hourly with gratitude/ tips or 15-20 hourly.

Cons

The pay is horrible for the hours you have to work. For example on days I would have to work an event, I would mostly come in around 1-3pm and get off at (the earliest being) 12pm or (latest) 2:30am.
