Management does not care about you. Will not value you as an employee, cut your hours in favor of new employees who quit within a week or month.

Have descent benefits, good company discounts to stay at different locations

Cons

Terrible at paying people that deserve it. Give lazy people more money then the actual hard workers. Some of the managers take way to many vacations and are no help with anything.

The people who run the hotel on the day to day are incredible people.

Cons

Turn over is so high that those great people who care so much about the hotel get burnt dry by working so much to cover shifts.
