It all depends on the location and more specifically the managers. There could also be a difference between franchise and corporate locations. As far as I can see, it is a decent company. I am treated well and compensated.

Cons

It would be really nice if benefits were more clearly and concisely stated.

Laid back work. Minimal contact with guests. Automated systems do most of the work for you.

Cons

Weird hours. My shift was 11pm to 7am. Odd interactions with the night owl guests. Low payments. Occasional disgruntled guests .
