Pros

Hilton has great employee discounts and training tools and great communication but Hilton does not manage all of it's properties so it's actually the management company that this review is based on.

Cons

It's not Hilton that has any cons... It's the management company that owns this particular Hilton hotel. They do not care about the employees...they cut over 50 employees in the short time they have had this hotel and took away benefits. The guests complaints have skyrocketed as none of the employees are happy and it reflects.

Pros

Set schedule, had entire lounge to yourself which included the 8-top bar and several dining tables (about 15).

Cons

When you were slammed it would've been helpful to have another person on the shift with you to help run food and bus tables
