Pros

There is a lot of downtime. They feed you extremely well. The pay system is good, it isn’t split into intervals. Paid every second until clock out. The Hotel and Travel perks for working for Hilton are phenomenal. Management was friendly.

Cons

Uptime can be extremely hectic and unorganized, especially due to the turnover rate. Lots of young kids - retains a heavy clique vibe, even with the older folk. Shifts are indefinite from point of start. Miscommunication is somewhat common, an example: Rolled 6 heavy tables into the foyer under orders from a superior, only to finish and have to roll them back into storage because “we didn’t need them”.
