Pros

Good basic job. A lot of down time. Finished with most of the work by 1-2 am. Requesting time off is a breeze.

Cons

Management has a hard time communicating with everyone let alone Night auditors. Usually a franchise so there are owners etc that neglect the job or advancement of the company. constantly low balled on wages advancements and usually low staffed. 8 months in and I have the most seniority.

Pros

I get to meet people from all over and I enjoy helping them. they offer great rates for employees at hotels worldwide.

Cons

Benefits are not very good and the hours are not the same every week. The company does not treat all employees the same for the same work.
