None, none, none, none, none.

Cons

Horrible management. Treat employees poorly. No healthcare or vacation. Management picks who they want for advancement while treating housekeeping staff like dirt. 31 rooms to clean per person a day during buisy season at 7.50 an hour. Management expects perfection while paying you poverty wages. If you do not meet those standards, you lose your job. Always understaffed. Horribly unorganized.
