      Pros

      The best reason to work at Hilton Garden Inn is that there is a constant flow of guests coming to my city for the very first time. I often get the opportunity to be somewhat of a guide to "places to go", as well as a representative of my city. I serve with a great crew of men and women who know how to roll with the punches on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The Hilton Garden Inn has an operations policy which relies on contractors from outside to complete much of the engineering work that I an my team expected to responsible for.
