Pros

Travel benefits are great. You have the opportunity to meet and develop great connections with people from all over the world.

Cons

The pay is simply terrible for the responsibilities of the job. The management company (Larry Bloomberg & Associates) is incredibly cheap, and when things broke or went out of order the company was slow to take care of the issue.

15% of guests that aren't jerks are super nice, regular guests are awesome, food is pretty good and the employee discount is great

Cons

Management not that great, 85% of guests are jerks, lots of maintenance issues that owners don't seem to want to put much effort into fixing long-term, sales team does not do everything they need to do
