Meeting new people on their travels checking in and out of the hotel. Learning the auditing systems. Night time work hours.

Cons

The environment was structured for those who did not fit their "mold" to fail. Things were constantly changing according to certain workers who did not like the already in place procedures. They would rather hire more part-time workers than bump someone up to full time.

I enjoy meeting new people from all over the world. I love the level of customer service that Hilton offers and we are rated #1 in our city. My co-workers are the best and we all work well as a team. I love the perk of getting hotel rooms for as little as $29 per night.

Cons

The pay is very average for the hospitality industry. I love the job but wish it paid a little more.
