Friendly staff, flexible hours, good location, great customer service experience, good networking opportunities

Cons

Lots of job responsibilities without management present-check ins/outs, shuttle runs, room service, handle guest requests, answer phone calls, make reservations, filling in for housekeeping and maintenance.

Great people and product that is conducive to Hilton standards. The facilities are first class and the staff is very accommodating. The location is advantageous for shopping and eating.

Cons

Absolutely no cons as this property is first class. The hotel and the property of the hotel is pristine. I simply can not find anything negative to say about this property.
