      Environment is friendly with supportive management staff.

      The culture of 100% guarantee means you give free nights stay a lot. If they have a complaint, they ask for 100% and no choice to give it to them.

      people I work with are great and the corporation itself is good, corporate rep. is a really cool guy and informative. Discounts are great.

      Cons

      As a franchise I run into a lot of issues as it is privately owned and operated with too many chief and not enough Indians. The people who know what they are doing are seldom listened to because they might shine brighter than the people who are nosing up to the owners Some of the hardest working people are the few who get taken advantage of. The owners make decisions based on rumors..
