Pros
They work around my school schedule, to a degree. My co-workers, who weren't management, were great. I had the opportunity to interact with the customers a lot although I had a back of the house positions.
Cons
The Management was terrible, except my immediate manager. The pay was not worth the work. I was tasked with working the line for the breakfast and lunch shift alone, cleaning the entire kitchen, prep work for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while working literally by myself. At no point did they hire any additional help during the year that I worked there. Overlooked in terms of advancement. Very low raise opportunities.
