Great experience in the customer service field. You're alone most of the time so it's a great study shift.

Cons

Angry guests! Messy, and rude guests. People who don't understand the way hotels, etc. work.

You are constantly meeting new people in this position that come in to stay at the hotel. There are also multiple tasks that can be done throughout the shift.

Cons

This particular position tends to be very low paying and there is not much room for growth within this position as well as the company.
