There really isnt any cons but the fact that it is far from where I live

Non-qualified department managers who are clueless as to their duties. The current management company cares only about their bottom line......money. No room for advancement. No pay increases. Family members in management causes a wall effect . Nepotism runs rampant throughout this facility. No reasonable budget to work with concerning replacement parts required to maintain the facility. No loyalty towards those who perform above and beyond expectations. Facility potential is unlimited but due to management's attitude towards employees, that potential will never be realized.
