      Nothing - just few people were friendly

      Absolute nightmare. Could be left on your own to serve the whole hotel (300guests) serving drinks, running the food, doing room service. STAFF GET NO SERVICE CHARGE!!!! - all service charge disappears into thin air and you work for the minimum (age-related) wage! Mobbing and bullying are on a daily basis and the harder you work, the more duties you get with no salary rise nor promotion. People who can't even communicate in English can be promoted if they are on good terms with management. Avoid this place at all costs!

      -amazing work-life balance attitude -perks of hotel discounts and long PTO -leadership willing to help you achieve your professional goals

      -some teams are more unfriendly than others -high turnover in the analytics department -often times you end up doing low impact, purposeless work -working in Dallas office means you are second to the headquarters in McLean
