I wish I had started 20 years ago with this amazing company.

Pros

A great company but hospitality has not changed , its usually lower pay, and guest do not TIP the way it once was (location matters) If money is good, there is less a loss or turn over of staff. However not all staff is kept with good choice.

Cons

TIPs have gotten cheaper so pay should be better and some questionable people in management . management does not get involved and allow lazy employees. They often over look a good employee.

Medical Benefits, Paid Time off , 401 k, free parking , free meals , friendly staff , and room to grow in the company.
