      Input for scheduling Friendly coworkers Different clientele on a daily basis Enjoyable Beautiful working environment Good tips for my specific position Opportunities for different experiences

      Sometimes overly long shifts Shifts rarely end when supposed to Management slow to check out employees Some "veteran" coworkers not always fair- gives themselves an obvious advantage No easy way to get a hold of managers

      Management treat their staff with respect. They value your opinions. They look after their guests needs. Bring new initiatives to the table Involved in community

      Cons

      Staff are last ones to know when there is a change in management. Seem no one in HR can answer questions as it relates to transfers to other locations.

      Pros

      The benefits walking in are pretty good considering that I'm only On-Call/Banquet-Server. Team members are really cool to work with most of the time, and its usually all smiles all day. Easy work environment and down to earth boss's.

      Cons

      Favoritism gets completely out of control most of the time. No one's generally held accountable for their actions. We have high levels of immaturity that can cause unnecessary work difficulty. Lack of consistent hours and last second cancellation's. Mangers are mostly on point but tend to be easily detracted and lose focus of job responsibilities. Full-time employees complain alot about Part-Time employees getting as many hours as them; but generally themselves don't follow the standard that they've complained about. Since we're union they make multiple excuses and complain about everything almost all the time.
