      Front desk, Audit, and Breakfast for minimum wage

      Pros

      The pros of the job are the guests I typically get to interact with and my amazing front desk coworkers.

      Cons

      Consecutive shifts with little to no sleep between them with no break. No front desk manager any more (she was run off due to excessive loads of work constantly being added) to go to bat for us when things get rough.

      Pros

      Global company, the focus on hospitality extends to employees with a fun dynamic culture. Nice office and amenities. Great time off benefits. As the economy recovers, this is a good time to be in the industry. The CEO is warm, approachable, and trustworthy.

      Cons

      High stress despite a slow pace to actually get things done. Too many cooks in the kitchen for many initiatives, endless pointless meetings.

      Onsite cafeteria. Discount on hotel rooms.

      Cons

      Horrible managers!! They were extremely lazy and so rude to other employees. The dress code very strict and old fashioned. Your hair has to be one natural color so you cant have dark/light highlights.
