Pros

It was nice getting to speak with guests each day. Once you get the hang of the computer system, it's not that hard. They give you free lunch (downtown Hilton Baltimore). You can earn commission off of high priced rooms that you sell. My co-workers were cool people. I had one cool manager. The other one was cool sometimes.

Cons

At times your workload can be very heavy because we would be short workers. You can't just get any day you want off. There is priority based on when you started working if you and someone else wanted off at the same time. Everyone starts on the evening shift.
