      Pros

      OnQ is a very good Property Management System and easy to use.

      Cons

      Working for Hilton was the goal I had while I worked front desk at a low budget independent property for many years. The hospitality industry will most likely make you hate people. Hilton was sadly no better. Low pay (around $10 with experience) for a lot of headache and stress. Standing all day, being busy juggling phones and dealing with cranky travelers who often yell and complain is no way to live. I had to get out.

      Pros

      Hilton is a great company to work for, with easy going, friendly people to work with. Benifit and perks are awesome.

      Cons

      Most hotels are franchises, and sell without much notice to employees. New owners means new management, and sometimes a hotel becomes a Hilton by name only.... not owned or opperated by Hilton......

      Pros

      Great hotel discounts! if i stayed travel my discounted rate would be $29 a night and my family also got a better rate. The discunt is really the only bright stop for working there.

      Cons

      They do not care an ounce about thier employees. They pay and treat housekeeping like crap and the Front desk agent no much better.
