      Pros

      Work/life balance. Great leaders, loyalty among workers and great benefits. Professional work envirnoment, you work for your money but you get a lot of perks and help.

      Cons

      Lover of meetings...you meet to meet about meetings and then re-meet to discuss the meeting about meetings. It's a more structured corporate environment, so the ladder to rise can seem steep however if you work hard, you are recognized for your efforts. It's a demanding workforce with competent people...the weak do not advance or do not survive.

      Pros

      The only Pros I experienced working here is the same benefits every employee gets. Great benefits. Travel Program and steady hours.

      Cons

      Seniority rules.You could be the best employee and management couldn't care less. You could be the worst employee and as long as you're close to management, you'd get the best treatment. Supplies are limited. Management is cheap. No structure. Anything goes. Probably the worst management team and crew that I've ever encountered. Too many turn overs, Nobody wants to stay at this location.
