      Pros

      I rarely ever had any issues with scheduling. I was able to network with many of the guests. I thought it was a great environment for a college student.

      Cons

      Whenever the guest had issues, I was the one to blame, even if I could do nothing about it. I had to work a few evenings by myself due to call offs.

      Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing...oh, and did I say, nothing!

      Cons

      Lazy employees, bad attitude, lack of leadership, unprofessional. Management focuses on errors, and brings that to the forefront when it comes time for reviews, rather than focusing on one's work for the whole year. They seem to remember the bad; not the hard work people do on a day-to-day basis. When it’s time for reviews, that's when you notice how much you are appreciated - NOT! Why are people allowed to wear ear-buds in the office? When did professionalism and respect die!?!?
