      mativated sallary and best place to discover a new freinds of all round the world ,times off and weekand there are very flexible and intersssting,but it's hard to work in hostil company anad very high pressure.

      team managment it's very simple it's very interesting and if if you speak relation between peaple it's beaautiful to train peaple to work with you and halp him to become a good employee in the company ,after that they respect you for what you do for him and a relation became most powerful

      Pros

      Small, boutique-like hotel, nice co-workers and environment. Not a lot of micro-managing by management.

      Cons

      Not enough supervision to employees not doing their job correctly even when complained about by co-workers, leaving others more work and in a position to keep telling management. Pay not great. Scheduling errors and confusion.
