      You will be working for an internationally celebrated hospitality giant

      Cons

      The company calls itself international yet lacks professionalism. People are treated as materials and are expected to deliver great results with no resources what so ever. They lack the ethos and are most definatley in need of a management that treats humans rite!

      Pros

      Manager with many years of experience in their field. You will learn as much as you want from them, show them your interest and it will take you as far as you would like to go in the hospitality field.

      Cons

      It can be stressful at times. Fast paced and everyday is different. You have to be ready to make on the spot decisions and roll with the punches.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. I worked for Hilton for over 10yrs, I started out at the bottom in reservations, and in just 3 years I had worked my way up to management in the executive offices. Management listens to your ideas & salary proposals with an open mind. I, for the most part, always got what I wanted.

      Cons

      At times, it can be a very "political" environment. To get in with the company, it tends to be an issue of who you know.
