Where do start...In general the management is good, however they were chosen for their strategic capabilities and I don't think there was any thought to making a culture fit. It is very much a man's world, diversity policies are so-called supported in paper, but not practiced in reality.
If you are mistreated by a manager, you cannot go to Human Resources because they are on the manager's side. You cannot go to your manager's manager because they are friends, don't want to lose their job and if you work for a senior executive, there IS no other manager :) So you must remain silent and just leave.
If you want to keep your job, come in, stay quiet, do your job and leave every day. Don't expect anyone in management to care about you, your career or growth. They let go recently of a lot of their long term employees.
